You can pay the electricity bill by cash, , bank cheque, Macau Pass, or through "Simple Pay”, in which Macau Pass and "Simple Pay” can support the payment of electricity bills with “Electronic Consumption Benefits” , however, it is not applicable to pre-payment.
You can pay your electricity bills by mail cheque, Autopay, Phone Banking, Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Internet Payment, Cheque Box set up at CEM building entrance, Post Offices, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Macao Water, and in person at our Customer Contact Centers. If you are not using Autopay currently, we suggest you having pre-payment either by cash or sending a cheque to CEM. Simply contact our Info Line at 2833 9911 and our Customer Service Officers will assist you with the issue.
