Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To provide internal audit through conformance evaluation of Company norms, standards, procedures and guidelines of administrative and accounting nature
  • To review compliance of Concession Contract requirements
  • To determine the extent of compliance of the currently in force norms, standards, plans and procedures
  • To determine the extent of controls over the company assets and of their protection against all losses
  • To determine the accuracy of accounting and of other nature information and data prepared in the Company
  • To evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the procedures, methods and criteria defined for specific tasks or basic activities
  • To prepare reports to the Top Management about work carried out
  • To organize internal audit processes and documentation to coordinate office activities with those of external auditors

Requirements:

  • Qualification
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
    • Qualified Accountant of professional accounting body such as HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA or equivalent is preferred
  • Work Experience
    • Min. 5 years’ relevant working experience
    • Experience in General or Cost Accounting, Management Consulting or Internal/External Auditing is an advantage
  • Computer Literacy
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing are mandatory
  • Language Skills
    • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
    • Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
  • Others:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Good accounting and financial analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To review evidence on safety inspections of low voltage electricity supply installations related to unauthorized use of electricity, customer service records and consumption history
  • To perform work with an appropriate level of integrity and responsibility, and to ensure compliance with Company’s procedures and courteous customer relations
  • To prepare recommendations on resolution of unauthorized use of electricity cases, related back-billing charges, exemption of back-billing charges and supply disconnection
  • To interact, present and reach an agreement with customers on resolution of the unauthorized use of electricity cases, back-billing charges and any related fees
  • To provide regular telephonic customer service to resolve and follow-up the cases
  • To prepare letter and/or email about the follow-up of the cases and information for handling customer complaints/enquires that may arise from the cases
  • To create and monitor work orders related to the cases
  • To maintain an updated customer records related to the cases, as well as records of all the related daily activities
  • To perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

  • Education level
    • Secondary school graduate or above
  • Work experience
    • Work experience in customer services is preferred
  • Computer literacy
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing are mandatory
  • Language skill
    • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
