With the transition into autumn, electricity consumption has decreased compared to the summer peak; however, electrical safety remains of utmost importance. We kindly urge all residents to pay attention to electrical safety at home during this seasonal shift. Before switching on autumn and winter electrical appliances, residents are advised to inspect power cords and appliance conditions beforehand and avoid overloading power strips.

Affected by allocation of energy mix and the RMB exchange rate, the Tariff Clause Adjustment (TCA) for CEM’s Group A, B, and C customers in the fourth quarter of 2026 will be 37 cents per kWh, representing an increase of 1 cent per kWh from the previous quarter.
