Following the success of last year’s first-ever ‘CEM Indoor E-karting Experience’, CEM once again organized the event on 22 August 2026 at the Fun Fun Kart facilities in Lisboeta Macau. The event attracted spectators of all ages, offering a fun and engaging way to experience the possibilities of electric power in a family-friendly setting. 

CEM regularly hosts activities to encourage public interest in the electricity sector and to promote healthier, environmentally conscious lifestyles. This year, 90 participants competed in three categories: Parent/Child (8-12 years old), Youth (13-17 years old), and Open Group (18-50 years old) for a range of attractive prizes. 

This year’s highlight was the heartwarming Parent/Child category, where families teamed up on the track for the first time—creating joyful moments, loud cheers, and plenty of smiles. One participant shared, “Watching car races in Macau as a child sparked my love for speed. Racing alongside my son today was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to CEM for making this possible!”

In addition to prizes for the fastest racers across categories, awards were also given for the most stylish participants and engaged audience members, adding an extra element of fun.
