The CEM EV Trunk Eco Market, organized by Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM), will make its return from 7 to 9 November (Friday to Sunday) at the Venetian Macao Cotai Expo Halls B and C, running from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Co-organized with Nam Kwong International Conference Exhibition Co., Ltd., the market will be held in conjunction with the “15^th China (Macau) International Automobile Exposition”, aiming to create a weekend destination that combines environmental protection, technology, and leisure for citizens.

During the event, visitors who shop, take photos, or complete designated tasks at the market will receive exclusive souvenirs from CEM. Additionally, by uploading photos taken at the market to the event post on CEM’s Facebook page and completing the related steps, participants can enter a lucky draw for a chance to win an iPhone 17!

This marks the fourth consecutive year that CEM has hosted the Eco Market, bringing together various sectors of society to move towards a low-carbon future. This year’s market takes its green consumption experience to the next level by partnering with the China (Macau) International Automobile Exposition. Visitors can explore a wide range of electric vehicle brands available in Macau, experience CEM’s EV charging facilities in person, shop for a variety of eco-friendly products and locally crafted goods, and join engaging nature-themed parent-child workshops, fully immersing themselves in a comprehensive green lifestyle.

CEM will showcase two current models of EV charging stations at the automobile exposition: the slow-charging and medium-speed charging stations. The slow-charging station adopts the national standard with a speed of 7 kW or below, while the medium-speed station adopts the European standard with speeds ranging from 7 to 25 kW. Visitors are welcome to learn more at the exposition.

This year’s market features 30 local merchants and groups spanning eco-friendly living, handicrafts, social enterprises, and specialty food and drinks. For the official names of the participating units, please refer to the Chinese version of the press release.
