In accordance with the calculation method stated in the concession contract and to better fulfill social responsibilities, CEM will reduce the Tariff Clause Adjustment (TCA) by 11.4% in the fourth quarter of 2025, from 35 cents to 31 cents per kWh, following a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
