Macau, 27 July 2025
To allow adults, children, and young people to experience the thrilling possibilities of electric power in a fun and family-friendly environment, CEM organized the first-ever 'Indoor E-karting Experience’, which took place on 27 July 2025, from 9:00am to 7:00pm at the Fun Fun Kart facilities in Lisboeta Macau.
CEM organizes various activities regularly to stimulate interest in the electricity sector among the public and to encourage citizens to adopt a healthier and more environmentally friendly lifestyle. This E-karting event was attended by approximately 300 people, including participants and audiences. 87 participants, previously selected from over 500 people enrolled for this experience, were divided into three categories: Children Group (8-12 years old), Youth Group (13-17 years old), and Open Group (18-50 years old), competed against each other to win fantastic prizes.
One of the participating children said that “it's the first time I've participated in this type of initiative, and I was very excited to be able to try driving an electric kart alone, I really enjoyed the experience”.
