CEM launches new e-Service portal

To provide the customers with more comprehensive and personalized services to manage the electricity account, CEM launched a brand new e-Service portal at on 7 January 2012. Enriched functionalities of CEM’s new e-Service offer its customers:

- Convenience Create and manage the contract profile by adding, removing and editing the electricity contracts anytime, anywhere. They can even set access rights to them.

- Comprehensiveness Get a thorough look of the electricity bills with latest balances, past 13 months’ consumption records and consumption comparison. What’s more? They can change their bill language and paper bill mailing address.

- Comfort Enjoy the comfort staying home to perform various services and applications including application and termination of supply, change of contract name and meter size, etc. Customers can check their request status online anytime.

- Care of environment Protect our environment by reducing paper consumption. Customers can choose to apply for e-bill and stop receiving paper bill.
