Business arrangements and enhanced disinfection for CEM’s Customer Service Centres

Macau, 1 February 2020

In response to the epidemic of the new coronavirus, CEM has made the following arrangements for its Customer Service Centres:

  • Taipa Customer Service Centre: Closed until further notice.
  • Macau Customer Service Centre: Resumption of business from 3 February (Service hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:45pm; Address: Edifício CEM, Estrada D. Maria II, Macau).

All customers are required to have their body temperature checked and put on a mask when entering the Customer Service Centre. In order to reduce the risk of virus transmission, thorough cleaning and disinfection will be performed at the Customer Service Centre every two hours, during which our service will be suspended. Details are as follows:

To reduce commutes, customers can also pay electricity bills via electronic means such as MPay and online banking. Please refer to the payment methods here: Customers who wish to apply for services may apply through CEM WeChat or CEM eService.
