To fully support the Macau SAR Government's epidemic prevention work, CEM is now introducing special arrangements for bill payment.

Customers who hold Tariff Group A electricity bills with payment due dates between 30 January and 20 February, and cannot pay the bill on time, may postpone their payment until 29 February. During this period, power supply will not be suspended and late charge will not be levied due to late payment.

To reduce commutes, customers can also pay electricity bills via electronic means such as MPay and online banking. Please refer to the payment methods here: https://bit.ly/2U5C95x. Customers who wish to apply for services may apply through CEM WeChat or CEM eService.
