CEM launches autopay, e-bill and SMS reminder services lucky draw to promote paperless and green payment means
With the aim to promote convenient and effective billing channels, as well as to encourage customers to go paperless and be more environmental friendly, CEM is launching a campaign to promote its autopay, e-bill and SMS reminder services.
From now till 31 December 2019, customers applying for at least 2 out of these 3 services will be entitled to enter the Monthly and Grand Lucky Draws to win fabulous prizes including $5,000 electrical appliances shopping coupon, Dyson Airwrap Styler, OTO foot hugger, MI robot vacuum cleaner, MI air sterilizer and $300 New Yaohan shopping coupon.
Eligible customers for the promotion are new users that apply for at least 2 out of these 3 services and current users that already use or complete application of all the 3 services within the promotion period. Autopay service allows customers to always pay the bills on time and effectively; plus customers will be notified when there is unsuccessful autopay transaction while letting customers to have sufficient time managing their bills to avoid overdue. Through e-bill customers receive their bills anytime, anywhere; instead of traditional paper bill, subscribing e-bill can help to eliminate the risk of late delivery and reduce 1.2 kg of carbon emission a year. And for those customers worrying about forgetting to check their mailbox and pay their bills, they can choose to receive payment reminder in the Bill Issue Date, before Payment Due Date and Avoid Disconnection Date.
