Today, CEM management team was led by Bernie Leong, Chairman of CEM Executive Committee, to visit the National Security Education Exhibition co-organized by the Macau SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macau SAR. Through visiting and learning about the exhibition contents from different angles and new perspectives, the team was able to understand better the importance of national security to regional security and personal life.

Bernie Leong praised the exhibition for its rich contents, which help raise awareness of the importance of national security in the Macau community. It provides even more contents than last year’s exhibition as many new elements have been added. The four exhibited themes including “The road to national rejuvenation”, “Staying alert to the challenges ahead”, “Safety and development” and “Our responsibilities” are clear and distinct, allowing the visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the historical events and the development of China, as well as the roles and responsibilities of Macau in the development of the country. CEM understands that stable power supply is extremely important for the safe functioning of society and the region. Therefore, CEM has been continuously putting in a lot of resources to strengthen its work team, infrastructure and facilities. Driven by the coordinated development of the Greater Bay Area, CEM will fully support and cooperate with the Macau SAR Government’s works regarding national security protection as always, and work together to promote the prosperity and stable development of the society and the country.

To enable CEM employees to better understand the national security protection works, CEM will seize this opportunity and continue to arrange exhibition visits for staff of various departments, so that they can learn how to fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to the protection of national security.
