CEM launches WeChat account! Win wonderful prizes by binding electricity bill or e-Service account!

Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM) launched an official WeChat account to facilitate citizens to manage electricity accounts and receive the latest information. By following CEM WeChat and binding electricity bills or e-Service account, customers can enjoy the following services: comprehensive online services, such as, applying for new supply, changing contract name and terminating contract, submitting self-reading and making meter reading appointment, changing bill language and mailing address, applying for Payment Reminder and e-Bill, etc., plus, receiving notification of bill issuance and service application status check, as well as receiving the company’s latest activity information. CEM WeChat is with rich information and constantly updated.

Citizens can find and follow CEM WeChat through scanning the exclusive WeChat QR code or search “澳電” (only available in Chinese) on WeChat under “Official Accounts” section. From now till 31 August 2018, customers who follow CEM WeChat will enter a lucky draw automatically to win up to 200 prizes, including Hong Kong-Macau round-trip ferry tickets, movie tickets, shopping coupons, and ice cream coupons. Moreover, customers who bind their electricity bill at the same time will have the chance to win “Binding Grand Prizes”, which include Nintendo Switch console & variety kit, Xiaomi robot vacuum, and Dyson hairdryer. CEM continues introducing innovative and optimizing services to provide citizens with easier, more convenient and comfortable service experience. Last year, CEM launched a newly-designed corporate website by incorporating e-Service portal and “e-Service App” to bring citizens with one-stop online service for electricity account management. Besides, the Customer Service Centre located in CEM Building on Estrada de D. Maria II was officially opened early this year after renovation. The refreshing interior design makes the service process become easy and simple. Following the optimization of various customer services, CEM WeChat is another service platform introduced in response to existing customers’ media usage habits for communication, in a bid to strengthen the close connection between CEM and customers.
