To promote the usage of CEM e-Service Portal and let customers experience the convenience of e-Service, CEM launches “CEM e-Service Registration” Lucky Draw to give away free electricity quota worth of MOP50,000 in total.

CEM launched the newly-designed website and “CEM eService” App in February this year, to provide customers one-stop online service, including application for new supply and contract name change, application for Payment Reminder and e-Bill, checking personalized message on electricity bill and application status, and incident reporting etc., for citizens to manage electricity accounts easily.

From now until 31 July, citizens only need to register as CEM e-Service users via CEM website www.cem-macau.com or “CEM eService” App, and add electricity bills; or apply either “e-Bill” or “Payment Reminder” service if they are already registered e-Service users. Citizens will be entitled to enter the lucky draw with the chance to win MOP200 free electricity quota (250 prizes in total).

Lucky draw result will be uploaded onto CEM website and CEM’s Facebook Fan Page www.facebook.com/CEMMacao on 9 August. Winners will be notified by CEM’s SMS. The free electricity quota will be credited to the registered electricity contracts in August billing.
