With the approaching of the Christmas season, more than 20 CEM Ambassadors paid a visit to Kiang Wu Hospital to celebrate this special season with nearly 40 in-patient children.

On the day, accompanied by several professionals of the Kiang Wu Hospital, CEM staff visited nearly 40 in-patient children, aged up to 6 years of old, from different units. CEM Ambassadors spent some time with the children, made wishes for their quick recover and arranged to sing Christmas songs for the enjoyment of the children, and had Santa Claus to distribute presents to each one of them. It was indeed a meaningful gesture from the CEM staff, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere, bringing happy smiles to the in-patient children.

Apart from members of the CEM Ambassadors Team, CEM Advisor to the Executive Committee Iun Iok Meng and CEM Communications and Public Affairs Office Senior Manager Cecilia Nip, also partook in the visit.

CEM has always put a lot of efforts to care for and serve the community, including offering special tariff discount for the senior citizens, organizing CEM Ambassadors Team to provide voluntary social services for the people in need, providing services for the needy people in Macau and participating in community activities regularly, and visiting orphanages and senior citizen centres during festival days.
