CEM launches Mobile App Game Concept Design Contest

With the objective to encourage the public and students to learn about electricity saving and safety, CEM launches the Mobile App Game Design Contest for the first time. Macau’s college students, employees of the information technology sector, middle school and elementary school students, etc. are all invited to enter the Contest. This is the first mobile app game design contest held in Macau. Macao Computer Society is invited to co-organize the contest. Prize-winning entries will have the chance of being developed and released.

Entrants are required to focus on the theme of “electricity saving and safety” and submit a blueprint of the mobile App game design. Application program development is not required. Entrants can present the design blueprint by animation, drawings or with the help of demonstration software.

Entrants will be divided into two groups: Open Group - Macau’s college students, employees of the information technology sector and adults are eligible to enter. Entries will be accepted from groups or individuals. Prizes include one Champion, one 1st runner-up and one 2nd runner-up with MOP5,000, MOP3,000 and MOP2,000 cash prizes respectively.

Student Group - Macau’s middle school and elementary school students are eligible to enter. Entries will be accepted from groups or individuals. Prizes also include one Champion, one 1st runner-up and one 2nd runner-up with cash prizes MOP3,000, MOP2,000 and MOP1,000 respectively.
