Temporary traffic control measures for cable and pipeline laying
17 April 2024
In conjunction with the cable laying works by Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM) at Rua Um do Bairro da Concórdia, Rua do Comandante João Belo and Rua da Bacia Sul, CEM, Macao Water, CTM and private company will conduct the laying of cable, water pipe and pipeline as well as sewer connection at Rua do Patane and Rua da Pedra from 22 April (Monday). Please refer to the following table for details of the temporary traffic control measures. Bus services will not be affected during the period.

Temporary traffic arrangements for traffic lights suspension due to maintenance of electrical facilities
3 April 2024
To cooperate with CEM's power facility maintenance work, a set of traffic lights at the junction of Avenida de Vale das Borboletas and Alameda da Harmonia at Coloane will be suspended from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on 8 April (Monday). Please be aware of the arrangements.
Temporary traffic arrangements for emergency manhole repairs on Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues
21 March 2024
To facilitate CEM’s emergency manhole repairs, a section of Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues near the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR will apply limited traffic measure from 21 to 23 March (Thursday to Saturday).
Temporary traffic arrangements for traffic lights installation on Avenida Dr. Sun Yat-Sen

To facilitate CEM’s traffic lights installation works, vehicles coming from Avenida da Amizade (near Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau) will be prohibited from turning left to enter the flyover on Avenida Dr. Sun Yat-Sen between 1:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. from 18 to 22 March (Monday to Friday).
Temporary traffic arrangements for traffic lights suspension due to distribution network maintenance

To facilitate the maintenance and improvement works of CEM’s distribution network, a set of traffic lights at the junction of Avenida do Almirante Lacerda and Estrada do Repouso will be suspended from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on 14 March (Thursday). We kindly request the public’s attention to this matter.
Temporary traffic arrangements for cable laying, water pipe installation and construction of waste station at Travessa das Galinholas
21 February 2024
Due to the cable laying by CEM, water pipe installation by Macao Water, and construction of a waste station by the Municipal Affairs Bureau, temporary traffic control measures will be implemented at Travessa das Galinholas from 26 February (Monday) to 28 March (Thursday). Details can be found in the attached schedule. Bus services will not be affected during the construction period.
