Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues and Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes for Cable Laying and Bus Shelter Installation Works

To facilitate cable and pipe laying, water pipe repairs, and bus shelter installation works conducted by CEM, CTM, Macao Water, Macao City Gas, and JCDecaux (Macau) Limited, temporary traffic measures will be implemented from 3 to 22 August, 2026. During this period, limited traffic flow will be enforced on sections of Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues near the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC in the Macao SAR and the Outer Harbour Substation. Same restrictions will apply to sections of Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes near Lotus Square and Avenida de Marciano Baptista, as well as the section of Avenida de Marciano Baptista located between Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues and Edf/ Hung On Torre. Additionally, vehicle parking in the loading and unloading zones at Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes near Lotus Square and at Avenida de Marciano Baptista near Edf. Hung On Torre will be strictly prohibited. The bus stops “Av. R. Rodrigues/Rua Malaca” and “Lotus Square” will also be temporarily relocated. The public is advised to refer to the details in the table below or visit the official websites of the bus operators (TCM: www.tcm.com.mo; Transmac: www.transmac.com.mo).

Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Estrada de Seac Pai Van, Avenida Marginal Flor de Lótus and Rua de Cipreste Due to Cable Laying Work

Due to CEM’s cable laying works, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 2 July to 10 August on Estrada de Seac Pai Van, Avenida Marginal Flor de Lótus and Rua de Cipreste. Details can be found in Attached Tables 1 and 2, as well as on the websites of the two bus companies.

Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes and Rua de Xiamen Due to Cable Laying Work

Due to the cable and water pipe installation, road maintenance, road surface reorganization, and manhole repair works at Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes and Rua de Xiamen, a coordinated effort has been arranged among CEM, Macao Water, Macau City Gas, the Public Works Bureau, and the Transport Bureau. To accommodate the works, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 15 June to 5 July on Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes and Rua de Xiamen. The “Rua de Xiamen / U.P.M.” bus stop will be temporarily suspended from 10:00 a.m. on 16 June to 25 June. Passengers can use the temporary stop located approximately 20 meters from the original stop, in the direction of Comendador Ho Yin Park. Details can be found in Attached Tables 1 and 2, as well as on the websites of the two bus companies.

Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Cable Laying Works near Rua de Nossa Senhora do Amparo

Due to the laying of cables, water pipes, pipelines, as well as road surface repairs, sewage system improvement, and street drains connection work near Rua de Nossa Senhora do Amparo, after coordination, the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the Public Works Bureau, and private companies will combine and carry out successive construction works. To accommodate the projects, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Rua de Nossa Senhora do Amparo and surrounding roads from 9 June to 10 July. Among them, Rua da Tercena will have phased traffic closures. For details, please refer to the attached table.
