Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Cable Laying on Rua de Tomás Vieira, Travessa de Tomás Vieira, Rua da Entena, and Rua de Corte Real
7 September 2026
Due to CEM’s cable-laying works on Rua de Tomás Vieira, Travessa de Tomás Vieira, Rua da Entena, and Rua de Corte Real, as well as coordinated construction efforts with Macao Water and CTM to lay water pipes and conduits in order to shorten the construction period and avoid repeated excavations, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on the mentioned streets starting from 8 September. Details can be found in the attached table. Regarding bus services, from 10:00 AM on 8 September to 30 September, the "Rua de Tomás Vieira" bus stop will be temporarily suspended. Passengers of Route 17 (bound for Luís de Camões Park) can use the temporary stop approximately 40 meters away from the original stop, toward Praça de Luís de Camões.

Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Cable Laying Works in Rua da Barca and Estrada de Adolfo Loureiro

Due to cable and pipe laying works as well as the installation of bus shelter in Rua da Barca and Estrada de Adolfo Loureiro, through coordination, CEM, CTM, and relevant private companies will carry out joint construction. From 7 September to 26 September, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on the relevant road sections. The "Rua da Barca / Rua de Francisco Xavier Pereira" bus stop will be temporarily suspended. Passengers may use a temporary stop located approximately 5 meters from the original stop. For details, please see the tables below and the websites of the two bus companies (TCM: www.tcm.com.mo, Transmac: www.transmac.com.mo). The public is kindly requested to pay attention.

Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues and Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes for Cable Laying and Bus Shelter Installation Works

To facilitate cable and pipe laying, water pipe repairs, and bus shelter installation works conducted by CEM, CTM, Macao Water, Macao City Gas, and JCDecaux (Macau) Limited, temporary traffic measures will be implemented from 3 to 22 August, 2026. During this period, limited traffic flow will be enforced on sections of Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues near the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC in the Macao SAR and the Outer Harbour Substation. Same restrictions will apply to sections of Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes near Lotus Square and Avenida de Marciano Baptista, as well as the section of Avenida de Marciano Baptista located between Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues and Edf/ Hung On Torre. Additionally, vehicle parking in the loading and unloading zones at Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes near Lotus Square and at Avenida de Marciano Baptista near Edf. Hung On Torre will be strictly prohibited. The bus stops “Av. R. Rodrigues/Rua Malaca” and “Lotus Square” will also be temporarily relocated. The public is advised to refer to the details in the table below or visit the official websites of the bus operators (TCM: www.tcm.com.mo; Transmac: www.transmac.com.mo).

Due to CEM’s cable laying works, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 2 July to 10 August on Estrada de Seac Pai Van, Avenida Marginal Flor de Lótus and Rua de Cipreste. Details can be found in Attached Tables 1 and 2, as well as on the websites of the two bus companies.
