Temporary traffic arrangements due to equipment maintenance
5 March 2026
Due to equipment maintenance to be carried out by CEM, the traffic lights at the intersection of Avenida Dr. Sun Yat-Sen and Alameda Dr. Carlos D’Assumpção will be suspended from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on 9 March (Monday). The traffic lights will resume operation immediately after the maintenance work is completed. Please pay attention to the arrangement.
Temporary traffic arrangements for the transportation, loading and unloading equipment works on Avenida Panorâmica do Lago Sai Van
4 March 2026
Due to the transportation, loading and unloading equipment works by CEM, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on certain sections of Avenida Panorâmica do Lago Sai Van on 7 March and from 10 to 13 March. Please refer to the attached table for details.

Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Cable Laying Works at Estrada do Reservatório
27 February 2026
In response to the cable and pipe-laying works, bus stop improvement works, installation of bus shelters and poles, and the replacement of streetlights conducted by CEM, CTM, DSAT and private company, temporary traffic management measures will be implemented on Estrada do Reservatório from 1 March (Sunday) to 21 March (Saturday) 2026. For details, please refer to the attached schedule.
Regarding bus services, the “Estrada do Reservatório” bus stop will be temporarily closed from the first bus on 2 March (Monday) to 21 March (Saturday). A temporary bus stop will be set up approximately 30 meters from the original location in the direction of Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues for passenger boarding and alighting. Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Cable Laying Works at Beco dos Colonos and Beco do Bambu

In response to the cable, water pipe laying works and street drainage connection works conducted by CEM, Macao Water and IAM, temporary traffic management measures will be implemented on Beco dos Colonos and Beco do Bambu from 2 March (Monday) to 19 March (Thursday) 2026. Temporary Traffic Measures for Cable Laying Works on Multiple Roads
20 February 2026
In response to CEM, Macao Water and DSAT are carrying out cable and pipeline laying works, as well as adjustments to motorcycle parking racks, temporary traffic measures will be implemented starting from 22 February (Sunday) on Rua de Brás da Rosa, Rua da Alegria, Rua de Tomé Pires and Travessa do Bem-Estar, etc. Details are available in the attached schedule. The public is advised to take note.

Temporary Traffic Measures for Pipeline Installation at Estr. Nordeste da Taipa
11 February 2026
In response to the pipeline and cable installation works by CEM and CTM, cross-departmental coordination has been conducted to combine construction efforts with those of the Municipal Affairs Bureau and the Transport Bureau, thereby shortening the project duration. Temporary traffic measures will be implemented in phases from 23 February (Monday) to 15 March (Sunday) along Estr. Nordeste da Taipa. Bus services will remain unaffected during this construction phase. The public is advised to take note.

Temporary Traffic Measures for Lamp Post Replacement and Traffic Light Maintenance Work
9 February 2026
In response to CEM’s work on replacing lamp posts and maintaining traffic light equipment, traffic control measures and temporary suspension of traffic lights will be implemented in phases from 10 February (Tuesday) to 14 February (Saturday) along Estrada do Reservatório, the Estrada do Reservatório flyover, and Avenida Doutor Henry Fok in Taipa. The public is advised to take note.

Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Cable Laying Works at Calçada de Santo Agostinho
29 January 2026
In response to the cable and water pipe laying works by CEM and Macao Water, Calçada de Santo Agostinho will implement temporary traffic arrangements in phases from 31 January to 14 February and from 23 February to 24 March. During the works, vehicles entering and exiting the Calçada de Santo Agostinho car park must use Avenida da Praia Grande or Rua Central. For details, please refer to the attached table. The public is advised to take note.
In light of the emergency water pipe repair works previously carried out by Macao Water in the vicinity of Calçada do Teatro, CEM and Macao Water have coordinated with the road works coordination group to integrate planned works in the related area and adjust the project schedule. The originally scheduled third-quarter cable-laying works this year have been moved up for immediate implementation to reduce repeated excavations and minimize impacts on nearby residents.

In response to the cable laying, road repair and street drainage connection works conducted by CEM, IAM, and private firms, temporary traffic management measures will be implemented on Rua de S. João, Rua das Virtudes and Rua das Gaivotas in Taipa from 19 December (Friday) 2025 to 5 February (Thursday) 2026. This decision follows interdepartmental collaboration among the relevant departments of the SAR government and coordination with the concession companies, aimed at facilitating the combined construction efforts and minimizing repeated excavation.
