Temporary traffic arrangements for Rua do Volong area
13 November 2025
In response to the installation of cables, pipeline laying, maintenance of the sewer system, adjustments to the metal racks for motorcycle parking, and the establishment of road markings and signage by CEM, MTel, the Municipal Affairs Bureau, and the Transportation Bureau on Rua do Volong, temporary traffic managements will be implemented in the area from 17 November (Monday) to 16 December (Tuesday) after inter-departmental collaboration among relevant Macau SAR government departments and communication with various concession entities. The construction will be combined to avoid repeated excavations (details can be found in the attached schedule).

Temporary traffic arrangements for transformer transportation
7 November 2025
In response to transformer transportation carried out by CEM, road closure will be implemented at a section of Rua dos Artilheiros between Rua de D. Belchior Carneiro and Estrada do Repouso from 10:00am to 7:00am the following day daily on 10 and 21 November. The motorcycle parking spaces near the Cemitério de São Miguel Arcanjo on Estrada do Cemitério will be closed on 9, 11, 20 and 22 Nov. Public are advised to pay attention.
Temporary traffic arrangements for the replacement of meter on Rua do Visconde Paço de Arcos and Avenida de Demétrio Cinatti
7 November 2025
In response to CEM's meter replacement on Rua do Visconde Paço de Arcos and Avenida de Demétrio Cinatti near the Pak Kong Parking Lot, the video surveillance system and LED traffic information sign on the following roads will be temporarily suspended from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on 10 November (Monday).

Temporary traffic arrangements Due to Traffic Light Suspension for Distribution Network Maintenance and Improvement Works
4 November 2025
In response to CEM’s distribution network maintenance and improvement works, the traffic lights at the intersection of Avenida dos Jogos da Ásia Oriental and Rua dos Jogos da Ásia Oriental will be suspended from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on 7 November (Friday).
Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Maintenance of Lighting Systems on the viaduct of Estrada de S. Francisco and Alameda Dr. Carlos D'Assumpção

Due to CEM’s maintenance of lighting systems, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on the viaduct of Estrada de S. Francisco and Alameda Dr. Carlos D'Assumpção, during the nighttime hours to early morning hours starting October 23 and November 3 respectively. Details are available in Appendix 1. To accommodate the works, some bus routes will be rerouted or have their stops adjusted. Details can be found in Appendix 2 or by visiting the websites of the two bus companies (TCM: http://www.tcm.com.mo, Transmac: https://www.transmac.com.mo).

Temporary Traffic Arrangements for Cable Installation Works at Travessa do Armazém Velho
20 October 2025
In response to cable installation, water pipe installation, pipeline construction, and street drainage connection works being carried out separately by CEM, Macao Water, telecommunications companies, and private firms, interdepartmental coordination has resulted in the consolidation of these projects. From October 21 to November 11, Travessa do Armazém Velho will be converted into a dead-end road, and the loading zones along this section will be temporarily suspended.
Temporary Traffic Arrangements for traffic light interruptions due to power distribution network maintenance and improvement works
14 October 2025
In response to works by CEM involving power distribution network maintenance and improvement works, the traffic lights located at the intersection of Avenida do Hipódromo and Rua da Serenidade, and at the intersection of Rua da Tribuna and Rua da Serenidade, will be temporarily suspended from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on October 21 (Tuesday).
