^* Minor participants (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older.

^# Adults enrolling for the Parent/Child Group cannot enroll for the Open Group.

• Parent/Child Group: 24 participants (12 adults + 12 kids)
• Youth Group: 24 participants
• Open Group: 42 participants

Remark: If the number of enrollments exceeds the quota, participants will be drawn randomly by computer.

Fun Fun Kart (2^nd Floor, H853 Entertainment Place, Lisboeta Macau)

MOP300 per participant 

(The deposit will be refunded in full on the day of the event upon completion of the competition.)

Competition details:

• Parent/Child Group: 22 Aug, 09:00 - 11:30 (Registration time: 08:15 - 08:45)
• Youth Group: 22 Aug, 12:15 - 14:45 (Registration time: 11:30 - 12:00)
• Open Group: 22 Aug, 15:30 - 19:30 (Registration time: 14:45 - 15:15)

CEM will provide randomly assigned group information to Fun Fun Kart before the event starts.

The award ceremony of each category will be held right after the corresponding final competition.

Audience participation/ awards:

A MOP500 shopping coupon will be awarded to the audience member who presents the best costume (per category) to be awarded at the respective awards ceremony. 

At the end of the event, during the last award ceremony, a special prize (MOP500 Green Card) will be drawn (lucky draw) among all audience members. Winner will be contacted individually.  

Each participant (in each category) may bring up to five guests to be part of the audience and watch the races (of that category).

Terms and conditions:

• CEM staff are not allowed to participate in this activity;
• Prior to enrollment, all entrants are required to read the guidelines and competition rules carefully, and abide by all the rules;
• Registration is limited to one competition category per person. Participants cannot change to another competition, request cancellation or transfer quota after enrollment is confirmed;
• Once the enrollment form is submitted, the participant cannot be changed;
• Admitted participants must pay an enrollment deposit of MOP300 within the specified period. They should transfer it to the designated bank account and  notify CEM by replying to the email before the deadline, otherwise their admission quota will be canceled, and no refund will be given;
• If the admitted participant fails to pay the enrollment deposit within the specified period, the admission quota will be canceled and filled by another entrant in waiting list;
• If the admitted participant has paid the enrollment deposit, but he/she is unable to attend the competition on the day, no refund will be given;
• Participants should arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the registration time commences and provide the original deposit slip and Identity Card for verification. Only verified participants will be allowed to attend the competition;
• If a participant fails to arrive at the venue within the specified time, his or her competing quota will be filled up by a backup participant on site. But there is no guarantee for vacant quotas. Backup participants must also abide by this guideline and all the instructions listed in the “competition rules”;
• Delays may occur in the schedule due to track safety checks or repairs;
• The competition will be canceled under the condition of Typhoon Signal no. 8 or above, or black rainstorm warning signal. The competition will then be rescheduled to 29 August or other date notified in due course;
• Participants’ personal data will only be used for this competition and follow-up purposes related to this competition, and to ensure the compliance with the provisions of Law no. 8/2005 “Personal Data Protection Law”;
• All participants take part at their own risk and responsibility. CEM shall not be held responsible for any injury during the competition. During the competition, participants are required to wear safety equipment, including helmets and protective gear. Participants are also requested to wear long pants and sport shoes. Each participant will be asked to sign a liability term. In the case of a minor, the liability term will be signed by the respective parent/guardian;
• Participants should agree that photos or videos will be taken by CEM during the event for promotional usage;
• CEM has the right to make necessary amendments and additional interpretation without further notice;
• In case of any disputes, CEM reserves the right to make the final decision.
