Objectives:	Through field visits to power facilities, immersive work experiences and interactions with senior engineers, this program aims to inspire local youth’s interest in the power engineering industry, enhance their professional knowledge, and provide momentum for career planning, contributing to the cultivation of diverse talents in Macau.

Destaques da Actividade:	Explore os bastidores das principais instalações da CEM e descubra o processo de fornecimento de energia: ✪ Professional Gear Experience: Put on exclusive engineering uniforms and safety gear to learn the professional attitude of Occupational Safety and Health. ✪ Electricity Decoded Workshop: (1) Visit the CEM Training Center, learn the principles of home circuitry and practice correct wiring techniques to turn theoretical knowledge into practical skills. (2) Visit the electricity meter laboratory and simulate different circuit scenarios under engineering guidance to understand the protection and safety mechanisms of modern power systems. ✪ Technology Inspection: Visit the Pac On 220kv high voltage substation for a close-up look at advanced intelligent robotic inspection dogs—you might even be one of the lucky few to operate it yourself. ✪ Visit Power Station: Step into the Coloane Power Station for a close-up look at the generating units and the central control room and learn about the local power generation process. ✪ Engineer Sharing Session: CEM frontline engineers will share their career journeys, industry entry requirements and future prospects, offering valuable career advice.
Reward:	All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation and a set of CEM limited-edition souvenirs (including a CEM limited-edition ERA CAR model car, etc.). The event also featured a Merit Award. Mentors will select the top three outstanding performers from the workshop. Each will be awarded a MOP 1,000 scholarship as an encouragement.
Admission:	Participants must be followers of the CEM Facebook page. Please complete the online registration form during the application period (22 June to 17 July 2026, 3:00 PM). If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, participants will be selected via a computer-generated random draw. Online Registration Form
Admission Announcement:	The admission list will be posted on CEM’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CEMMacao) on 20 July 2026. Admitted participants will receive a confirmation phone call and e-mail.

Terms and conditions:	1. Language: Cantonese; 2. CEM employees and their family members are not eligible to participate to ensure fairness; 3. Prior to registration, all participants are required to read and agree to the rules and guidelines, and herewith adhere to the rules of the event; 4. Please wear low-heeled or flat-soled closed-toe shoes. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by CEM must be worn at specific locations; 5. Participants must follow staff at all times after entering the facilities. Do not leave the group or touch any electrical equipment without authorization; 6. The collection of personal data of participants is solely for the purpose of this event and any related follow-up, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Law no. 8/2005 “Personal Data Protection Law”; 7. Participants should agree that photos or videos will be taken by CEM during the event for promotional usage; 8. The event will be cancelled under the condition of Typhoon Signal no. 8 or above. The activity will be rescheduled with dates notified in due course; 9. CEM has the right to make necessary amendments and additional interpretation without further notice.
