Organizer: Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM)

Objectives: Professional coaches will guide participants to experience the fun of the emerging sport of pickleball, encourage Macau residents to develop exercise habits, and enliven the public sports atmosphere.
Participants: Macau Residential Identity Card holders aged 18 or above.

Activity: 8 May (Friday) 20:00 – 22:00

Fee: Free of charge

Venue: Outdoor Multi-purpose Venue, Macau Fisherman's Wharf

Registration: Interested parties must be a fan of CEM’s Facebook page, tag 5 friends in the Facebook post and fill out the online registration form during registration period (13 - 24 April 18:00pm). If the number of registrations exceeds the quota of the activity, applicants will be drawn by a random computer process.
*Admitted participants may bring an additional guest who is a Macau Residential Identity Card holder aged 18 or above to participate in the activity together.

Admission Announcement: The admission list will be published on CEM's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CEMMacao) in the afternoon of 28 April. Admitted participants will receive confirmation phone call and e-mail from our staff.

Terms and conditions:

1. Language: Cantonese;
2. CEM staff are not entitled to enroll;
3. Prior to submitting registration information, all participants are required to read and agree to the rules and
4. regulations, and agree to abide by all the rules of the activity;
5. Successful applicants must pay a deposit of MOP200 via bank transfer within the deadline and reply via email with the transfer proof for confirmation, otherwise their admission will be cancelled and no refund will be given; 
6. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash on the day upon completion of the activity;
7. Registration cannot be altered, cancelled or transferred after confirmation. Deposit will not be refunded if the participant is absent from the activity;
8. Participants should arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the activity commences and provide Identity Card for verification. Only verified participants are allowed to enter the activity area;
9. The collection of personal data of participants is solely for the purpose of this activity and any related follow-up, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Law no. 8/2005 "Personal Data Protection Law";
10. The promotion activity will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal no. 8 or above, or Rainstorm Warning is in force on the activity day. The activity will be rescheduled, and the new date will be notified in due course;
11. CEM will purchase accident insurance for admitted participants during the activity period. However, all participants still take part at their own risk and responsibility. CEM shall not be held legally liable for any accident or bodily injury sustained or incurred during the activity;
12. The participant agrees and authorizes CEM to take photographs and videos during the activity. The relevant materials may be used for future promotional purposes without the need for further notification or any compensation;
13. CEM has the right to make necessary amendments and additional interpretation to these regulations without further notice.
