Promotion details:

From 16 June 2025 until 31 December 2025, customers who meet the specified requirements during the promotion period can enjoy the following benefits:

- New CEM e-Bill registration with at least 3 consecutive months of usage: Get a MOP 50 rebate on electricity bill.

- New BOC auto-pay registration: Earn an entry into a monthly lucky draw.

- New BOC auto-pay registration + active CEM e-Bill (including new sign-ups during the promotion or existing customers registered before 16 June 2025): Receive a MOP 50 BOC coupon.

Terms and conditions:

1.Bank of China (Macau) (“BOC”) & Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (“CEM”) jointly present the e-Bill and Autopay Service Promotion (“Promotion”), which is valid from 16 June 2025 to 31 December 2025.

2.This Promotion is only applicable to CEM e-Bill subscribers and new applicants of BOC autopay service for electricity bill payment.

3.Customers who newly apply for CEM e-Bill service during the Promotion period and subscribe the service for at least 3 consecutive months will receive a MOP 50 electricity rebate for each successfully enrolled electricity contract. CEM will notify applicants for rebate details via SMS or email. The rebate will be automatically applied and displayed on subsequent electricity bills.

4.CEM e-Bill customers (including both new registrations during the Promotion period and existing e-Bill subscribers registered before 16 Jun 2025), who successfully apply for BOC autopay service for electricity bill payment during the Promotion period, will receive a MOP 50 BOC coupon for each successfully enrolled electricity contract. 

5.Customers who newly apply BOC autopay service for electricity bill payment will receive entries into BOC Auto-Pay Monthly New Sign-up Lucky Draw (1 entry for offline registration, 2 entries for online registration)

6.Each electricity contract is eligible for a maximum rebate of MOP 100, comprising a MOP 50 electricity rebate and a MOP 50 BOC coupon.

7.Regarding New Registrations: To be eligible for the rebate under this Promotion, customers should not have any active CEM e-Bill subscription or BOC electricity bill autopay contracts as of 16 June 2025. Customers who cancel either their CEM e-Bill service or BOC autopay service for electricity bill payment on or after 16 June 2025, and subsequently reapply for the same service will be ineligible to receive any Promotion rewards.

8.Regarding BOC Coupon Redemption: customers have to first register for BOC Macau App. Eligible customers will receive a push notification via the App in the month following successful registration. Customers then have to log in the BOC Macau App, and go to the notification message > "Detail" to redeem the offer.

9.BOC coupon availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

10.BOC Auto-Pay Monthly New Sign-up Lucky Draw: Eligible customers will receive a push notification through BOC Macau App in the month following successful registration and enter the lucky draw by clicking the notification. Participation is limited to 6 entries per customer per calendar month, with all unused entries automatically expiring at respective month-end. New autopay applicants submitted via forms from CEM will be considered as offline registration.

11.All Promotion data, statistics, and results are solely determined by BOC and CEM official records.

12.The Promotion are subject to relevant terms and conditions. BOC and CEM reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and may withdraw or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice, while holding final interpretation rights over all terms herein.

13.The rebates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.

16.In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese, Portuguese, and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
