Macau Energy Saving Activity 2025 - "Residential Building Public Facilities" Group

Organizers:	Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM) Environmental Protection Bureau of MSAR (DSPA)
Co-organizers:	The General Union of Neighbor Association of Macao Property Management Business Association Macau
Objectives:	Encourage residential customers and property management companies to save energy; Recognize and reward residential customers and property management companies for their efforts in improving energy efficiency and conservation; Improve community’s knowledge on energy efficiency & conservation and promote adoption of best energy saving measures.
Contest period:	To calculate the electricity consumption of four billing months from July to October 2025.
Selection criteria:	Comparison will be based on the four consecutive billing months of electricity consumption from July to October 2025 with the same period in 2024. Participating buildings which save the highest percentage of energy will be the winners of the Contest. The meter readings in June and October 2024 and 2025 cannot be estimated readings.
Awards:	Gold, Silver, Bronze and Excellence Awards winners will receive certificates; All winners will be invited to attend the Award Ceremony.
Terms and conditions:	The organizers reserve the rights to revise or add supplementary clauses to the rules and guidelines without further notice; The decision of organizers and the judging panel is final.
Enrolment method:	All residential building owner committees or property management companies in Macau are welcome to enroll in the Contest through the organizers or co-organizers; Log on CEM Website www.cem-macau.com to download the enrolment form; Submit the completed enrolment form by fax: 2871 9687 or e-mail: energysaving@cem-macau.com.
