| Any company who wishes to register
as Registered Suppliers with the Company should apply
in writing to the Procurement and Materials Department
of the Company. Details of the application procedures
are listed in the following paragraphs.
If you have decided to submit an application, please
fill in the Supplier Registration Form (which can be downloaded
at the end of this page) and enclose all relevant required
documentation as listed below together with your application
for our assessment.
- Copies of Business Registration "M/1" form
and latest Sale Tax "M/7" form
- Copy of valid Business Registration Certificate (for
companies outside Macau)
- Company Profile and/or Annual Report
- Job Reference and/or recommendation letters from previous
customers
- SHEQ Requirements and Responsibilities for materials
Suppliers or SHEQ Requirements and Responsibilities
for Suppliers/Contractors*
- Any other relevant information for better demonstration
of the applicant’s technical and management capabilities
* If you supply materials only, please submit the form
of “SHEQ Requirements and Responsibilities for materials
Suppliers”. However, please provide the “SHEQ
Requirements and Responsibilities for Suppliers/Contractors”
form if you are a service provider. Both forms can be
downloaded at the end of this page.
To support your application, you are required to submit
copies of the required documents, together with the Supplier
Registration Form and send it to the following address

All materials submitted will not be returned to the applicants
after assessment unless prior agreement has been made
with the Company.
The Company reserves its right to accept or reject any
application and the Company has no obligation that applicants
who had submitted the registration will be invited for
tender.
