Following the instruction in the Tender Invitation or RFQ, proposals or quotations may be requested to be submitted in closed envelope or by fax.

The tender proposals should be delivered to the Tender Box located at the G/F of CEM Main Office, at the following address:

Upon delivery of the proposal, a "Recepção de Propostas" ("Receipt of Proposals" in English) will be issued by CEM personnel to confirm receipt of the document. An specimen of the said receipt is shown below for your reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the tender invitation or RFQ, tender proposals should be submitted within CEM office hours:

Tender submitted BY FAX

In some cases, tender proposals are requested to be submitted via fax to a restricted fax number which will be processed by an Automatic Tender Handling System (ATHS). This fax number is used exclusively for tender submission purpose.

A bar code page will be sent with the tender invitation or RFQ. During the submission of tender proposals or quotations, this bar code page should be used as the first page for identification. Otherwise, the line will not be able to get through. An specimen of the said bar code page is shown below for your reference.
