Objectives
- To offer job opportunities to university graduates.
- To develop, in the medium term, qualified personnel with specific
academic backgrounds to fill up key positions in the Company.
Requirements
- Young graduates with academic qualifications that are suitable
and capable for taking up job functions at CEM.
- It is not necessary to possess previous working experience.
- Willing to accept varying working conditions (geographically
and functionally) during the training period.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is compulsory. Knowledge
of Portuguese is an advantage.
Program Specifications
- Job duties assigned to the trainees should be of a technical
or management nature to enable the trainees to put into practice
their academic knowledge acquired at university and college.
- The training program lasts up to a maximum of 3 years and can
be speeded up or terminated depending on the progress and performance
of the trainee.
- A tutor will be assigned to accompany and assist the trainee
in different work functions within the department as well as across
the Company.
- Performance evaluation will be done at the end of each semester
by the tutor who has accompanied the trainee.
Terms and Conditions
- An Annual Training Contract will be established between CEM
and the trainee during the Program. At the end of 3 years, a decision
shall be made for long-term integration into the Company or termination
of employment relationship.
- Salary offered to the trainee will be commensurate with the
trainee's progress during the training period.
