| Objectives
To offer practical training to university graduates
who have recently completed their tertiary studies.
- Requirements
- Fresh graduates with academic qualifications
that are suitable for CEM businesses.
- Without any relevant working experience.
- Willing to accept varying working conditions
(geographically and functionally) during the training period.
Proficiency in Chinese and English is compulsory.
Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
Program Specifications
- The program is on a six-month contract basis.
The contract may be renewed only once for another six months,
at the end of which it is terminated without any obligation
of employment.
- Performance evaluation shall be done at the
end of each contractual period by a tutor who has been assigned
to accompany and assist the trainee during the entire training
period.
Terms and Conditions
Appropriate salary shall be offered to the trainee
during the training period.
