- To establish an Environmental Management System by the end of
2002.
- To obtain ISO 14000 certification before 2004.
- To answer positively 80% of relevant complaints on emissions
by 2002/2003.
- To implement specific training in SHEQ matters, 2 in 2002, 3
in 2003.
- To communicate towards media not less than three times a year.
- To publish an annual environment report starting from 2001.
- To reduce NOx emissions in CCA plant by 30% in 2004.
- To keep the sea water temperature different between the inlet
and 50m from the outlet below 5oC
- To comply 90% with Macau SAR legislation by the end of 2002
for noise emissions in power stations and substations.
To develop and implement a Quality Management System so that ISO
9001:2000 certification can be obtained in 2004;
To develop and implement a Safety and Health Management System
in order to obtain OSHAS 18001 corporate certification by 2005.
