Documents to be Presented:

• Copy of your identification (BIR/Passport);
• Map with scale 1:1000 of site location;
• Supply switchboard installation design;
• Name of the qualified electrician responsible for the electrical installation;
• Copy of the construction license for the building or public works issued by the Lands, Public Works & Transport Bureau (DSSOPT); or
• Copy of the license issued by the respective government bureaus for the trade fair, exhibition or other temporary installation.

Charges:

• Respective connection charges for the following types of temporary installations:
  
  • Foundation works for new buildings;
  • Public works; and
  • Trade fair, exhibition or other temporary installation.
• Deposit according to the subscribed demand (meter size).

Time Elapsed:

• The connection of temporary supply will be accomplished within three working days upon acceptance of application. Acceptance of the application implies approval of the electrical work needed on site installation and payment of the respective charges.
