Documents to be Presented:

• Copy of your identification (BIR/Passport); and
  
• Copy of property transaction contract, official lease or latest property tax document.
  

  If subscribed demand exceeds 13.2 kVA and the installation is for commercial or industrial activities, please also present:
  

• The 7^th Category License issued by the Lands, Public Works & Transport Bureau (DSSOPT); and
  
• Name of the qualified electrician responsible for the electrical installation.

Charges:

• Deposit according to the subscribed demand (meter size).

Time Elapsed:

• The connection of supply will be accomplished within three working days upon acceptance of application. Acceptance of the application implies the free access to the electrical installation.
