Customer can apply meter testing through all available channels provided by CEM, such as customer service counters, phone, fax or e-mail, etc.

Charges:

• Charge of MOP100, which will be returned in case of the meter is found to be malfunctioning.

Time Elapsed:

• Meter testing will be accomplished within three working days upon acceptance of application. Acceptance of the application implies the free access to the electrical installation and the payment of the respective charges.
