Documents to be Presented:

• Copy of your identification (BIR/Passport).

  If subscribed demand exceeds 13.2kVA and the installation is for commercial or industrial activities, please also present:

• The 7^th Category License issued by the Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT); and
• Name of the qualified electrician responsible for the electrical installation.

Charges:

• Additional connection charge is applied if the requested subscribed demand is higher than the registered maximum demand for the premises; and
• Update of existing deposit (guarantee).

Time Elapsed:

• The change of subscribed demand will be accomplished within three working days upon acceptance of application. Acceptance of the application implies the free access to the electrical installation, approval of the electrical work needed on the electrical installation and the payment of the respective connection charges.
• In case reinforcement of network has to be undertaken by CEM, the time for execution will depend on the internal planning and the authorization of the official entities (General Office for Civil and Municipal Affairs (IACM) and the Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT)).
