If the whole building or block is affected, it is due to accidental
network or cable fault. We will work hard to have your supply restored
as soon as possible.
If there is a supply interruption at your home, but not at your
neighbours, switch off all major electrical appliances. Then you
need to check if the internal (usually near the entrance) or external
service circuit breaker (next to the meter) is switch off. If so,
switch it them on.
If your home is still without electricity, it might be due to defective installation or appliances.
If your electricity supply is resumed, you may need to apply for an increase of your subscribed demand (enlarge meter size).
Please contact our 24 hours Emergency Service at 2833 9922, regardless
of any causes of interruption. Our Representatives will help you
to find the best solution.

- Use flashlight instead of candles to avoid fire hazards ;
- Turn off appliances, especially for heavy energy consumption appliances like air-conditioner, water heater, etc.;
- Leave one lighting switch on at home so that you will know when
the electricity is resumed.
