With our new "Payment Reminder Service", we will remind you to settle your unpaid electricity bills through mobile phone SMS two working days before the Payment Due Date or the Latest Date to Avoid Disconnection*. It's free of charge!

To apply, simply fill in and return the application form (Download) along with a copy of the mobile phone owner’s ID to our Customer Contact Centre by mail to Edificio CEM – Estrada D. Maria II, or by fax at 2833 9912.

*Autopay customers will only receive the Latest Date to Avoid Disconnection SMS reminder.
