Mission
The Customer Liaison Committee is established for the purpose of reinforcing
communication with clients, further increasing the Company's transparency
as well as the public knowledge towards CEM. The main objective is to
initiate a momentum to go on improving CEM's customer services. This Committee
serves mainly as a consultative channel between CEM and its customer,
but neither any obligation nor judgment function.
Composition
The Customer Liaison Committee is made up of the delegates from different
social organizations:
- Members of the Committee are chosen from delegates of different social
groups and organizations, and from representatives of the relevant departments
of CEM;
- A President and two Vice-presidents will be elected by the Committee
members every three years and can be re-elected;
- A Secretary is to be elected by the CEM staff of the Committee, responsible
for preparing agenda and minutes of the meeting and also for the necessary
clerical work.
