Contract Information

  • Contract No.
    Please refer to this number when contacting us about your electricity supply or bill.
  • Tariff Class
    The current tariff class, which applies to charges for energy consumed and subscribed demand (meter size).
  • Deposit
    Deposit collected according to the subscribed demand (meter size) value, as a security for any charges that may become payable related to your supply contract.
Demand
Charge relatd to subscribed demand.
Consumption
Charge is calculated based on the meter readings, which records the electricity consumption, by applying the relevant tariff class.

Tariff Clause Adjustment
The Tariff is adjusted according to the heavy oil, natural gas and electricity importation cost of the last quarter.

 
Government Tax
Monthly tax payable for the usage of electrical installation.
Odd Amount
For the convenience of customers, odd amount will be carried forward to your next bill. Total charges will be rounded down to the nearest MOP10.
Payment Due Date
Customers are required to settle the bills on or before the due date. For overdue payment, a late charge will be levied and transferred to your next bill.
Due Amount
Total amount you have to pay.

Autopay Information (only applicable to Autopay customers)
It states the bank name and transaction date for Autopay.
Latest Date to Avoid Disconnection
Latest date to settle the bill without supply being suspended. In case of disconnection, you are required to pay the reconnection fee.
Consumption Histogram
Diagram shows your energy consumption over the 13 months and average monthly consumption.
Day of Electricity consumption
Number of days for energy consumption in the current billing period, between previous and current meter reading dates.
Next Reading Day
The schedule date for next meter reading
Multip. Factor (Multiplying Factor)
Some meters only record a fraction of the energy consumed. Therefore, a multipying factor is required to determine your actual electricity consumption.
Consumption (Units)
Units of electricity consumption are calculated by multiplying the difference between your current and previous readings with the multiplying factor.

Reversed Billed Amount

The previous period(s) and the reversed billed amount for the estimated bill will be shown. The calculation of the current period and bill amount is based on the consumption between the two last actual reading dates.
