Applicant:
- Must be the electricity supply contract holder/current property owner
Documents required:
- If the applicant is the electricity supply contract holder:
— Copy of identification of applicant [1]
— Electricity bill
- If the applicant is the current property owner:
— Copy of identification of applicant [1]
— Copy of property ownership document [2]
— Electricity bill
Charges:
- Nil (However, outstanding balance of the applied premise must to be settled if the applicant is the electricity supply contract holder)
Time elapsed:
- Within three working days [3]
Remarks: The premise applied should be vacant
Notes:
[1] BIR, HK ID, PRC ID or Passports of different countries
[2] Copy of property transaction contract/Three-party contract/Housing Deed/Housing Registration (valid within 3 months)/latest property tax document/Stamp duty (M1 & M2)
[3] Refers to free access to the electrical installation
