1. How to pay my electricity bills?
You can pay your electricity bills by mail cheque, Autopay, Phone Banking, Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Internet Payment, Cheque Box, Post Offices, 7-eleven, Circle K, MacaoWater, and in person at our Customer Contact Center. 2. If I am temporary out of Macau, how can I settle my bill?
If you are not using Autopay currently, we suggest you having pre-payment either by cash or sending a cheque to CEM. Simply contact our Info-line at 2833 9911 and our Customer Service Officers will assist you with the issue.
