Following the instruction in the Tender Invitation or RFQ, proposals or quotations may be requested to be submitted in closed envelope or by fax.

Tender submitted IN CLOSED ENVELOPE

The tender proposals should be delivered to the Tender Box located at the G/F of CEM Main Office, at the following address:

Upon delivery of the proposal, a "Recepção de Propostas" ("Receipt of Proposals" in English) will be issued by CEM personnel to confirm receipt of the document. An specimen of the said receipt is shown below for your reference.

Unless otherwise specified in the tender invitation or RFQ, tender proposals should be submitted within CEM office hours:

Mondays to Fridays : 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Tender submitted BY FAX

In some cases, tender proposals are requested to be submitted via fax to a designated fax number.

For enquiries where CEM does not specify to submit via a restricted fax number, information and quotations should be sent to our general fax number 853-2830 8361.
